Mushy tuna and cottage cheese aren't really that solid .I see my surgeon at the end of the month and speak to my dietician today .I just wondered how others a month in were faring / eating ? thanks X

Hi All , was on the liquid diet for 2 and a half weeks pre surgery and now I'm one month post surgery so I decided to "eat " something to see if I got that full feeling or near full feeling .I had some cottage cheese and was still starving , so I ate some tuna -mashed down .Nope - I didn't feel full or near full ,I could have eaten the whole can .Anyone else felt like this ?
