Try care.com. I hired a lady on there to bring and pick me up I just told her the situation because my husband now(boyfriend at the time) was over the road. Greatly, for me he ended up letting his job know he had to leave so he brought me instead.

Get friend or another family to take you to surgery., Your top Priority is you and your health, my boyfriend was so so about it but I did it anyway got the sleeve but now issue 5 years late on with no education class get upgrade new md and Education class now other different Surgery., my case is something different because my not major obese I got down on my own being gym rat and crazy lose weight diets ,
my healthy is my things I don’t quit or give up class of 2021

I’m also so sorry your going through this. I went through something similar and you must stay strong and focused on your own needs right now. I had the surgery two years ago. Every day my husband checks my clothes and fights with me about what I wear etc. I am living my best life right now. I finally love to dress for work. But the best part is I’m healthy and vibrant again. So I say the hell with him. I’m sure you can find someone to get you there. Good luck and feel free to reach out if you need encouragement
