This is my first post. I am having gastric sleeve surgery on 5/18/21. I am reaching out to all who can give me any pointers. I would like to know which supplement work best for all of you? Also are any of you taking additional supplements for your hair and skin?

I welcome anything you can think of since all of you have already started on this journey.

I really love ProCare bariatric Vitamins with Iron. They have everything I need on 1 capsule, besides the Calcium of course, and I do take some extra Vitamin K because I had a Loop DS.
They are also fairly reasonably priced.

Glad you posted this. I had some of the same questions.

We have the same surgery date, May 18th! Good luck with your journey and I hope everything goes really well. Just wondering, are you in your liver shrinking diet stage now?
