I have dumping syndrome and it’s awful

HELP ME ! What can i do I’m no so much pain , i have chills , stomach ache and i get the urge to throw up but nothing comes back up😭 i have diarrhea as well . This is awful this is my first time dumping and it’s so bad someone tell me what will help please please . My last meal was at 5 pm and it will not go away . It was worse a lot earlier but the stomach pain comes and goes . Please help me 😭

Sounds awful. Do you know what you did to cause it so you can prevent it in the future? I've never had it but several on here in the last few days have mentioned it and it sounds horrible. Take care. It'll get better with time. It just has to work itself out.

I ate wayyyy to much within an hour and i had forgotten and the previous meal it was a Protein Shake and i forget and i ate again 😭 way too much food than my body could have handled . The pain finally went away at 3:40 am i took some pepto bismol and it helped a lot i feel a lot better just feel really weak from all the pain

I have horrible dumping too !!! I am aware of what causes it and I try to be as careful as possible. it usually lasts 2 hours and 1 time it went on for 4 hours. I stay away from certain foods and try to be mindful of how much I eat.

I am sick after I eat and it’s been 7 years. Every single time I eat. Its not normal. Anyone else out there losing too much weight? Malnutrition? DR says take Vitamins and eat more. I think my stomach is the size of a fingernail. I get used to hearing the same thing over and over from DR. So I’m reaching out to a person who is living with too much wright loss and issues living with it now. Thank you

this happened to me after a salad today. I hope you are doing better. in my case i think the carrot and red pepper had too much carb for one go
