I am 18 months complete bypass and as with a lot of people this pandemic has put me on a slide, I asked my dietitian for help and she didn't even reply, at the moment i feel as if I am on my own with this,and that no one else will understand how I'm feeling

I know exactly how you feel! I have taken up drinking way to much during this time! I keep telling myself I’m not gonna buy anymore & then I buy some more! I have put on 30 lbs & I’m not happy with myself at all!

I originally had surgery as I needed 2 new knees, i have had the second one done 4 weeks ago, now it seems as if the whole purpose for having the bypass is gone,I need to find a new focus
