I can’t stop thinking about Food!

Your feelings and thoughts about food are completely normal at this stage!! We all got here because we have an unhealthy relationship with food. I lived on fast food for many years. It was my reward when I had a good day, it was my treat when I had a bad day, etc. I always found a reason why I deserved to binge on junk.

I'm only 4 months out from surgery, but am now finding new ways to reward myself. Lately it's been skin care products! LOL!! Sounds silly, but I'm having fun trying new products, and taking the time to do my morning and evening skin care routine. Once COVID19 is over, I plan on treating myself to a new hairstyle and teeth whitening too!

Hang in there! We have all been there, and we are all in this together!
