have someone take photos every month on your surgery date. There were times I couldn't see my progress, either, but when I compared photos from different months, yep - there it was. Clear as day!

I have lost a total on 45 pounds in a month and a week. Everyone can see a difference in my body and face but when I look in the mirror I see no change at all. I still think the clothes fit me the same and nothing is changing with my stomach. Anyone going through it? I hear most wls patients go through it, I might end up seeing a therapist for it honestly.
