What are you eating?

Hello Bianca[emoji112][emoji112], I'm following because I am in the exact same boat!! It's chicken and yoghurt EVERYDAY! Cottage cheese used to be high up there too but getting tired of it.
-Yoghurt in the mornings
-Whatever meat and veggies are served at work for lunch.< br>-chicken and veggies for dinner

Yoghurt or cottage cheese for Snacks. Occasional nuts but that's a HUGE slider for me so I stopped the nuts recently.

RINSE and REPEAT [emoji25][emoji28]

Well I am at 5 months now and since I was 3 months I’ve honestly eaten basically every type of meat. I limit the red meat and don’t tolerate greasy food well so I limit it a lot, but I have tried about everything without issue. I prefer shrimp and other seafoods or chicken because they are less likely to make me feel bad. I haven’t eaten ground turkey yet and don’t really plan to start. It is super unappealing to me. I like regular turkey but ground turkey and chicken are not something I am interested in trying. I also love Beans for variety. I think adapting to focusing all my meals on Protein has been a big change for me personally. Has taken some adapting but the results have been awesome so I’m all in. I also gave up yogurt after week 4 bc I was able to hit protein goal without it.

I can combine two different Protein Shakes (powder and premade) in the blender in the morning for my Protein goals. Also in a pinch, a small low carb smoothie from Smoothie King works. I know Smoothie King contains a bunch of crap, but it will keep you full.

Also salmon ,cod, and catfish are also good varieties of fish to try

Very little! I do however crave Chinese, Indian and Korean food, not take-away or westernised stuff but proper traditional stuff.

I am obsessed with kimchi and sui mai at the moment. My husband doesn't like the smell when I open the kimchi LOL I guess coz it is fermented (great for the gut) the garlic smell doesn't linger on my breath, good job really or he might move to the spare room lol

I have been eating a lot of chili recently as the weather calls for it. Last night my hubby wanted Subway so I got a 6 inch roast beef and only ate the meat and some of the toppings and I have the other half for lunch today. I have also had brisket and baked Beans, lots of Soups, half a pot pie (no crust) and scrambled egg with spinach. I am sure there are some I haven't thought of, but I keep it as simple as possible, one new thing per day!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
