One Year Surgiversary!

  • Popular Post

A year ago I was at the hospital, getting ready to go into surgery. A little scared, yet very excited. Today I'm 121 lbs. lighter. Went from 288 to 167 and have only 7 lbs. to go to reach my goal. Like others have said, I wish I had done this a long time ago. [emoji4]

I love this site! I've read so many stories, received a lot of advice, great recipes, etc. Thanks to everyone who posts. 20190823_120648.jpeg
