3 weeks post op

Hi, I'm new to this app, so I'm unsure if I'm doing this all right.

I am 3 weeks post op, from having the gastric bypass surgery and wanted to make some friends, who have gone through it aswell. I could really do with the support, tips and advice.

I think you've definitely come to the right place. This cite is perfect for asking questions, getting support, and just plain ranting (in a positive way) to yourself out loud. Thank you all for your replies. I have found this whole experience pretty lonely, so it's nice to know that I can come here for the advice and support. It means alot.
I was put on a clear liquid diet for 3 weeks... I'm now on the puree stage for 2weeks then mashed and soft food for 2 weeks.
I lost 14pounds (1stone) in the 1st 2 weeks and stalled the 3rd week.
I'm on week 4 now, so looking for pureed food ideas.
