Most people handle protein shakes just fine. Give a few a shot before you rule them out!

Gabybab that’s exactly what I was worried about! Thank you! I was thinking about using almond or coconut milk

Have plenty of variety of liquids to choose from I had Gatorade Zero, unsweet iced tea, Diet Peach Snapple Tea, and sugar-free popsicles in addition to premade GNC Lean Shakes (chocolate)

@Gabybab no I’m not vegan! Just thought of using those to mix my protein with to not risk milk upsetting my stomach

@GradyCat Thank you! I’ve got like 200 packs of crystal light and some jello and popsicles!

@sillykitty thank you so much! I will try! ?
And, although unlikely, you could turn out intolerant to either of these. Start with cheap, before you opt for the more expensive milks, okay?

I mix my protein powder with unsweetened almond milk.

For those who are may be unaware of the FairLife animal abuse case that is happening, please know the other options for milk that exist. What happens on the Fair Oaks farms is horrific for the calves and moms & the video that surfaced last week is unbearable to watch.

Please know the other options for fortified Milk & avoid FairLife at all costs.
