Game meat vs Cow

Here in Sweden, we eat game meat more commonly than when I grew up in the States. I absolutlely love it! Reigndeer, elk/moose, and venison is amazing...So how does game meat compare to cow meat in terms of gastric bypass digestion? Anyone have any experiences? I would hate to miss out.

It can be ...tougher to digest

Cook very tenderly like in stews or roast for the beginning transition into firm proteins... I would not recommend mediums or rares

No reindeer or elk for me but I have tried venison, goat and lamb

How is lamb btw? I LOVE lamb! Giving prio to eating Protein rich meats for the rest of my life is heaven.

One bonus with game meat is that it largely very lean... yay you! I would second what was said above. Starting with braised meats, stews, and other 'wet' cooking methods seems like a good idea.
