So those creams work? can i ask which you use ?

For me they have. For my face I use 2x a day Lancome Viosionaire products.
For my arms, belly and thighs I use daily a mexican product i used to buy in Mexico. But they have it in Amazon now called Lipo Alcachofa cream.

When I lost my 100 pounds I decided to have a tummy lift. Worst decision in my life. You lose all sensation with it and I threw 3 blood clots that traveled to my lungs and they almost killed me. Maybe I had a bad doctor but my tummy is now flat but my ass is big. Very stupid.

You look great! Congratulations! I had surgery the day before you. Pre surgery pre diet 265, nowb178. It feels good and is fun to see myself in the mirror. But I must admit that some days I veer off the healthy road. It's still so surprising and frustrating that I seem to have no physical issues eating unhealthy crap food but often struggle with the much needed Protein like meat. I'm trying not to beat myself up too much but I'm getting worried about the honeymoon period ending and the regain possibility. Scares me. A lot.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
