One week and one day problems

Recommended Posts

But not regrets!

I'm starting to have some serious back pain. I don't know if it's from carrying myself differently because of the pain or being in bed more. Or maybe from not being able to sleep on my tummy. Also nearly constant gas. Burping all the time. Any thoughts?

Could Be either of those, could also be your center of balance is shifting, after years of a big booty and a slightly smaller but still obese gut, mine is iffy, gonna have to keep learning my new body. But I am happy to see my Fat Shell breaking away and going for good! 224 pounds yesterday, started at 365+ so the 100s my next goal , maybe by this fall? I'm in it to Win it and I Will!

It can be all of those problems or it could also be Constipation. I’ve never been blessed with regularity in that department but if it’s been a bit it can cause horrible lower back pain.

i have been through this as well as far as the gas walk alot helps purge the gas and try to have a bowl movement it can help with the back pain as well

I had back pain (lower first then went to upper) for several weeks after surgery, and also hip pain while we are at it. My doc AND masseuse AND chiropractor all suggested more or less that it was because of the weight loss and my body was adjusting to my new proportions and centre of gravity, and should go away once my body got used to it (and i got in some exercise). And yep, by my 2 month mark the aches and pains were gone :)

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
