Anyone else get a “ice cream headache” from drinking small amounts cold water quickly? I know I used to chug water down but seems I’m know sensitive to it even more! Seems like the only time I had them before was quickly drinking a smoothie too quickly but never with ice water!

I read somewhere that when it happens you are supposed to put your tongue against the roof of your mouth. Not sure why that would help but it's worth a try.
