I've tried the Apple Melon and I like it. Post-surgery, though, it's a little too sweet and I have to Water it down. Some of the other flavors, though, may not be as sweet—even before surgery, I thought it was pretty tangy sweet.

Good to know! I just stumbled upon them in a Google search and saw the Cocotein flavor....I love coconut Water so I might give this one a try.

Coconut flavors usually are more refreshing than sweet, so I bet that would be good!

I just got the apple melon- it is sweet, but i don't drink much sweet anyway so any type of sweet drink I have to Water down (I am still pre-op - i got them for post op but wanted to try one). The one I got is the 20g Protein, not 40....

I also got that flavor in the 20g. I've been thinking about putting them in popsicle molds—being ice cold I'm thinking they might not seem so sweet.

Maybe I will try that post-op if I run out of of SF popsicles-- good idea. For now I just dumped it into a 30 ounce water bottle and diluted it and it tastes fine.

Yeah, I love it as an option when I don't want something as "heavy" as a Protein Shake.

I was just telling someone I am so sick of food- I am still pre-op like i said, but I start the 2 week pre op diet in a day and I am looking forward to it. I was doing a modified pre-op diet the past month and just added back in regular meals about a week and a half ago and I am just done with it. Everything feels so heavy after I eat and I am looking forward to Protein Shakes, waters and broth for two weeks.............so I get what you mean by "heavy"

I'd be pissed if my son ate them though. If he wants the SF ones that cost like 4 bucks a box that's okay but if he ate these I'd probably be mad as hell LOL

LOLOLOL I would too! I've never seen these in stores, but the Isopure site has a 12pk marked at $42.99. Phew that's a hefty price. I'd get a lock put on my popsicle maker! :D

:51_scream: I have a Sam's Club membership (that I've used once in 2 years LOL) Maybe I should go see what all they have over there.

They may have some things you don't expect.....I get my premier shakes at Coscto also. Price is better there than most other places. They have muscle milk (which some people seem to like) and Orgain Shakes also at costco ....I love Costco I swear HAHA

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
