Please help , I need to know what are your favourite water enhancers

So I live in Australia

Where we have amazing beaches, the Sydney Opera House and Harbour bridge, cute fluffy animals and lots of things that are out to kill you ( sharks, salties, snakes, spiders........)

But when it comes to shopping the choices we have are far more limited than somewhere like the USA. The one thing that we have hardly any of are lo calorie Water flavours. There are a few kinds of lo cal cordial which are gross and Lipton Iced Tea probably sells 2 flavours but not in powder form. Other than that Diet Lime is the only real option. When I got my band I ordered Crystal Light directly from the USA and I probably need to do the same again. Just wondering if there are other alternatives that are less sweet that taste good. If they come in sachets rather than plastic tubs that would be a bonus as well as postage from there to here is horrendous.

So please hit me with your recommendations and also if you have links to shops that sell online and ship internationally. Can't do Amazon as they now refuse to sell to us since they introduced the inferior, overpriced, nothing much on it Australian version!

TIA

I've tried some of the flavor enhancers, like: Mio, Stir, and crystal light. But, I found them to either be too strong or have a weird sugar substitute after-taste.

Right now, I'm totally hooked on Hint Water. It's a little pricey, but I can usually re-fill the bottle 2 or 3 times and still have a "hint" of flavor (pardon the pun). My favorites are cherry and apple, but they also have watermelon, pineapple, blackberry. I buy them at Target only because they have the most variety, but I've also seen them at some of our local grocery stores. Here's a website www.drinkhint.com

If I'm out and about or out of Hint, I'll make my own water infusions. I just slice up lemon or orange. I've also sliced up strawberries or cucumbers and had that. I've never been one to like flavored drinks like Kool-aid or Crystal Light, so these lighter versions of infused water are more to my taste.

I tend to drink a lot of tea, but not black tea (Lipton is black tea). I drink green teas, herbal teas, specialty teas, and blends. I NEVER sweeten them unless I'm sick an need some honey for medicinal purposes.

I find Mio better than crystal light, but prefer the Bai drinks to flavored water!

Be careful of drink mix like mio and others. One of the main ingredients is propylene glycol which is antifreeze. I used to drink mio before the surgery and started having palpitations really bad and my cardialogist told me to stop drinking them and look at the ingredients in the liquid mixes.

Thanks but I don’t think I could afford to import bottles of water, the shipping is bad enough for small envelopes which is why I specifically need something in either a powder form or ultra concentrated drops.

Drinking at home is not an issue. I am quite happy with unsweetened English Breakfast tea with a splash of skinny milk.

I need something that I can carry in my bag to add to water when I’m out

If you’ve felt the winters here a dose of antifreeze might be just what I need 😂

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
