Don't buy Wal-Mart's Equate Protein Shakes, they are NASTY!

@Alex Brecher I'm a lawyer. I'm having my surgery today. Newton Wellesley, MA recommends Premier Protein. Can you sent me the lawsuit so I have something to read?

Thanks!

I’m sorry but I don’t have a copy of the entire case. You can get it on Pacer. See https://www.pacermonitor.com/public/case/22176786/Gregorio_v_Premier_Nutrition_Corporation .

It seems like a conflict of interest to debunk a competitors product and then say the only superior alternative is one of the product you work for. Can you provide a variety of options that are superior?

This is cracking me up because I think Alex owns the store connected to this site and he sells dozens of brands. LINKY

Exactly my point JessLess. The only product he recommended is BariatricPal. I’d like to see a variety of recommended options so I’m not getting biased information. To run a product where the community of information is so key, this seems like an awful practice. Just a thought...

It's his site. I can use it for free. In the grander scheme of things, I don't care, he can recommend whatever he wants and I can drink whatever I want.

What about the Premier Protein Clear Protein Drink? The label shows 20g Protein. The ingredients listed are: Filtered Water, whey Protein Isolate, Natural Flavors, Salt, Sucralose, Yellow 6,Yellow 5, Phosphoric Acid (This is the Orange Mango flavor)

There does seem to be a lot of pushing of his own products but that's his right and the people who choose to follow it.

I personally shop around locally and online always looking for proper whey Protein whenever it's on sale :D

I'm not telling you to buy BariatricPal products. Although I wouldn't complain if you do 😁! My point is to use products that are 100% Whey Protein Isolate, regardless of the brand.

The clear Premier Protein is a great option since it's made from 100% whey protein isolate. It's a bit too sweet for my taste buds and I personally prefer Protein20 (grape is my favorite flavor.)

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
