Stomach hurting at night

I just had gastric sleeve surgery about 2 weeks ago. I noticed my stomach feels weird when I roll from one side to the other at night. Could my stomach actually be sliding inside me? Also, my stomach always hurts more when I lie on my back (more gas that way too). Anyone else experiencing this?
