Does anyone have a particular app they are using to track what they are eating besides my fitness pal? I’m finding it hard to work with since right now my main focus is Protein and not much else

I'm using the Livestrong MyPlate app to track my food and the Happy scale app to track my weight. MyPlate is pretty simple and gives you a pie chart of your macros on the front page.

@BrookeRBaritastic is a wonderful app. It breaks down, Protein, carbs and fat and under each meal. You can log in your food intake as well as Water and plenty more!

I use MyFitnessPal to log food, make sure I'm getting my protein; weight; and exercise.

I love “Lose it”. I’ve used it for years. It’s simple to use and has everything you need.

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
