2 more pounds to obese class 2

Recommended Posts

I’m so close to dropping into obese class 2 at 264. After that on to the next goal which would be obese class 1 and onwards. I kept my 3 & 4X shirts & worked out in them until last week when I went into XL & skipped 2X altogether. I’m frequently at the gym & now running 6mph on the treadmill. There’s still a long way to go but I feel pretty good so far. I track EVERYTHING on MyFitnessPal & it’s such a tremendous help. I also have an Instagram page with examples of plates I eat that’s a work in progress. You can check it out at, “ my_tiny_healthy_plate “. Hope all are doing well in this lifelong journey to happiness health!

Congrats! That's awesome!

I have to drop only 9 more lbs before I hit Class 1! But I find it funny that if I do hit 200 lbs, i'm still "overweight"... I do think they need to rethink some of these category levels. This chart says I need to be 165 lbs to be "normal" weight... that's crazy.

Yeah I think 165 was also normal for me. You must be 5-8.

Your height contracts and advances daily? I've known of people whose tummy had done. just that. And then I tookbcare of a lady in the nurse, homing. She demanded,to,be taken, to relieve herself Otherwise the feces would retract into her bodyy And then there are the other men wh0 have a genital problem. I told one I was a orry about his problem but I didn't believe a laying,on of my little hands was going to help me muvh, not to mention he would be happier than I would be.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
