Just finished #8 a little while ago.

My work schedule is changing, so no more delightful early evening walks.

As of tomorrow I will need to start my workouts most days at 5:30 AM :faint:I am a morning person -- but not a 5:30 in the morning person......

Wish me luck!

Well, I did manage to get myself out there this morning, and it actually wasn't too bad.

Here's hoping the early morning workouts will continue on this nicely............

Wow Frangi! You are really dedicated. If I had to exercise at 5:30 am, I'm not sure I would do it. Good for you! If you can do that, surely I can make my November exercise challenge. I walked for 1 hr. this morning so I'm half way there.

Its going to be tight one this month to get my 20 days in. My bf and I had to make a quick trip to mexico yesterday for a funeral and in the process of walking to much in the heels I took I developed blisters on the balls of my feet.:) This is making me miss working out at curves yesterday and today. I am hoping I can walk well enough with my tennies on tomorrow to be able to go. I really dont want to miss another day. Also my curves is going to be closed thanksgiving day and the following friday. I might have to break down and actually use the workout center here at the apartment complex if they are closed on saturday also (they are always closed on sunday).

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

So proud of you Cat. Getting into those smaller size clothes is half the fun isn't it?. Keep up the good work!!!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?
