Sternum Pain After Swallowing

Every time I swallow a small amount of protein shake, creamy diluted soup, water or anything, I get a stabbing pain in the area of my sternum. I’m taking small sips or very small spoonfuls.

Any advice?

I had that too for the first 2 weeks after surgery. I think you just have to wait it out :(

It gets better though when the swelling in your stomach goes down!

I am having that too if I take too big of a sip or try anything cold or hot. I am pretty much going with all things lukewarm for now.
