I hate it when people post just to post.....

....like when clearly the post has no relevance or adds no value to the OP's question or concern.

Like this:

OP Question: I am having trouble finding a good fish recipe I like...can anyone help?

Response: I hate fish! Fish makes me gag!

Can someone explain the purpose of this? I mean, if you don't like fish, then why dont you just move on to the next thread? Who really cares what makes you gag or not gag???? I know I don't.

My brother and sil lived in Portland for a few years when he was teaching there and they loved it and I'm still sorry I never got a chance to go there!! I think out of all the places they lived with their kids Portland is still their fav plus now they're where it's probably 100 degrees right now!

We have just started hitting the 90's here in Jacksonville. And, we seem to be starting our usual summer afternoon storm weather pattern as well.

See, isn't this nicer than cannibalism and sex with dead bodies?

The weather in Portland is so much better than where I live on the Oregon

coast. I wish sometimes when I decided to move away from Chicago, I had moved anywhere than here. I am pretty much stuck here now. I would never leave my new 8 week old grandson or my kids. If they ever move, I will

be right behind them!

AthinnerDenise,

I know what you mean I'm far from my "homeland" too! But now I've come to terms with it, I think. I don't have grandchildren yet, knock on wood, they're still in college but I'm sure I'd be like that too if/when I do take care, brandyII. My mom was born and raise in ChiTown.
