OK, PJTP to say I think I got it. Aren't you glad there's a thread that's lets you post mindless babble? :)

I have been off work since my surgery date. I was shocked, but didn't complain. Now it's hard to go back.

To multiquote, you click multiquote on all of the posts that you want to quote, then either click new reply at the bottom, or click on quote in the last post that you are quoting. It should bring up a reply pane with all of the quotes in the order that you clicked on them.

Yes, we are going to Dizzyland. That's the point of the trip. But I want to break it up and do the driving in two days. (I'll barely be on regular food by then.)

It does require a lot of physical work. I don't know if I can post from work. They block some of the silliest things. We have internet access, so I am just going to try to log in here and see. I will miss you guys during the day if I can't. I will have to do drive by posts at lunch time and after work. *sigh*

Donna - when you said SNT, I thought you meant me. I thought, "I just got banded last week!" Slim, Sick.....confusing!

So I went to my surgeon today where they took off the bandages and cut some of the stitches. The cut around my bellybutton was bleeding a little so that's the only place where I got another bandage. He wants me back in 4 weeks (not sure what for) and then for my fill a week later. Hello, that's the week of T'giving! I don't want to be gagging in front of my extended relatives who don't know I've been banded! So I told them I was going to be out of town for the holiday!!!

In fact, I'm in Dizzyland as we speak.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
