Froggi, I will glady ship you the frogs in my pool!

And, nope, they are all still green. They are fast little buggers too! Now it is thundering and I can't go in the darn pool. Sometimes these Florida summer storms get on my nerves. I hope this one passes fast.

I love broccoli with cheese too, but, sigh, it makes for a very gassy day. TMI???

I like froggies.

I am dying of heat...I am not supposed to be out in the sun and heat a lot in the first place but I've been outside trying to get all these pieces all sorted out for this canopy we bought for over our hammock. Now I have to go back out there take it out of the wrapping and start putting it together. Today is going to be a long day and I am going to end up having sun poisoning again and sunburn.

Stupid heat and sun. -sigh-

Froggi, I am officially jealous. I would love to drop the "4794" from my name and just be "Susan". But, I believe a user from about a million years ago got the claim on my name!!

Froggi is very ill now :cursing: and I am still not done putting the canopy together. I couldnt even stand outside anymore like litterly standing I kept getting black spots in my eyes. I'm inside in the AC trying to cool off and my mom will probably get mad, but I seriously don't think I can do that canopy anymore today. I also got burnt on my back and face :|

No one ever has my name when I go to a new board. I've this screen name since 1986 when it was called a "handle". Yes, I'm really that old. :cursing:

So I finished the stupid canopy worked on it from 1pm till 7pm. Got it all done finally.

The end result. I have sun poisioning AGAIN, and a horrid sunburn on my back :| My froggi tattoo looks almost pink LOL and my face is burnt too and I am uber tired and weak.

But I did it and probably melted away calories LOL

It was sooooooo hot today.

Oh THERE'S A FROGGY IN MY BACK YARD. It keeps croaking :cursing: it's in an old flower pot that filled up with rain Water. hehe RIBBIT

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

So proud of you Cat. Getting into those smaller size clothes is half the fun isn't it?. Keep up the good work!!!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...
