Today is my last day on full liquids amen thank you Jesus ???? tomorrow is purée [emoji848]need to go shopping. Weight lose update I’m at 182 as of yesterday My journey started at 207. Day of surgery 197 and I’m 14 days out so I think I’m doing good. I was super constipated like wow hard balls of **** had to help my self. Need some fiber in my system. How’s everybody’s doing ? Did they give you Zofran for nausea post surgery? Because that stuff constipates more than ANYTHING. Hate that stuff. But I suppose its better than puking? Maybe?

The codeine in Norco is a close 2nd to Zofran on constpation. My PCP started me on Miralax was having to take every day, then every other day. I kept some on hand- I have bottle in case I ever get on.the clogged up train again. One thing already for my post surgery kit![emoji13]
