I’m really doing this

I set my appointment for surgery on June 12 and I’m so excited. I’ve struggled with weight for many years now and unfortunately no diet or exercise fully worked. My insurance doesn’t cover any weight loss surgery but my friend recommended Dr. Almanza in Tijuana after having her surgery done there almost a year ago. Does anyone have any tips they’d recommend what I can do to prepare this to be as successful as possible?

Also, how does everyone tell people they lost the weight?

I’m also going to Tijuana (Jerusalem Hospital) - my date is April 27!

I will tell people I’m doing the Keto diet (which I honestly will do once I’m healed and can eat)... my close friends will know the 100% truth and the others will be on a need to know basis! :) Keto really works so I wouldn’t feel bad with my white lie! :)
