@Loveltiitii

If you can give me a call 619-900-7808 when you have a free minute so I can answer any questions you have.

Here are the answers to your questions:

Yes we require a $500.00 deposit to schedule your surgery date. Once you have scheduled your surgery date by paying deposit you will receive emails from our support staff including a hospital packing list and pre-diet and instructions from our certified nutritionist Stacy Eckel. All our patients are allowed to bring one companion at no additional cost.

I think I may go in April for the surgery. I will be going for the gastric bypass whenever I go.

Im really hoping that removing my lapband will not be a problem. When switching to gastric bypass. I really want to get this surgery and I don’t want to waste money if it is not going to be completed.

Hi, I'm scheduled for revision surgery (Lapband to VSG) on April 4, 2018 in Tijuana Mexico, but I opted to have another surgeon to perform my procedure. I too will be travelling alone and wish I had a buddy. I'm very nervous, but I know this is something that HAS to be done. I wish you all the best.

I travelled alone, and was completely fine! There were a few other patients with me, and they were super friendly.

Ma’am you could not have picked a better surgeon or support team! I had my RNY done there in October and each and every staff member cares for their patients’ safety, comfort & support. They see people as people not just another dollar sign. If I had to go again I would be totally comfortable going alone [emoji4]

      OMG! I dreamt of cake!!
      As of late, my dreams have been food obsessed. Last night I dreamed of gorging on good old American sheet cake with chocolate frosting. There was white frosting as well. Good thing we can't get that in Sweden! I just hope that I haven't become too engrossed in food. BUT they are only dreams after all.

      Feel like it's time for a status update, I haven't been on here regularly in a while and I need to keep my mindset focused on my goals.
      I haven't weighed myself in ~ 3 weeks.  I think I'm becoming the opposite of "obsessive" about tracking my progress and it could cause me some issues.  The good thing is that there have still been quite a number of NSV's happening that is telling me that I'm still progressing without knowing what the scale says.
      First one is that a belt I bought about 5 weeks ago because all my other belts were too big is also on the last hole so I'll have to buy yet another belt again.  second, I bought new jeans about a month ago and I have a lot more slack in the waist than I did when I purchased them.  I also boarded a plane and had about 8 inches of slack in the belt.  Finally, I hit my goal last week of being able to ride go-carts with my kids.  The last time I tried about 4 years ago, I had to leave because I couldn't fit in the harness.  This was sweet victory and I showed those two how it was done on the race course!!  😈
