Question for everyone

I don't know if anyone else has experinced this but I have noticed the past couple of weeks that I am feeling "tighter." I have my last fill about a month ago. It is possible for the band to get tighter the less I eat? because I am have been really hard to cut back

You are experiencing the "delayed reaction" of a fill that my doctor's nurse told me about. One reason they hold off to give additional fill until a minimum of about 30 days after the last one is because some peoples' fill can "adjust itself" 2-3 weeks after the fill is given. If it causes enough problems getting stuff to go down you may need a slight unfill.

I don't want to get any of my fill taken out. I can honestly say this is the first time I can feel my band working with my body. I have even noticed my thinking about food has changed a lot. Plus my snacking between meals has slowed down A LOT!!!
