Unflavored Protein Powder

Best unflavored Protein Powder? Not too worried about price. More worried about taste.

the few I've tried all have some sort of taste. Not super strong, but.... It's just that they haven't been flavored.

My nutritionist was gung ho on Unjury, but I mixed a little bit of it into broth and UCK!!! It was all kinds of nasty. I will caveat that impression saying that my tastebuds are all messed up. I used to tolerate splenda, for ex, pretty well, and now it tastes terrible. All the sugar-free Jello gelatins I stocked up on last week (my surgery was just this Monday!) are definitely going to be passed around to support group members this weekend!

I really like Isopure Unflavored Protein powder mixed into Soups and stews. Now, granted, I haven't had surgery yet, so that might all change!:blink:

I tried so many unflavored proteins!! I really would hate to know how much $$ I have spent since my RNY. I commend anyone that can get the Isopure down, Yucky. I have used GENEPRO for quite now. I am a huge coffee hound, I temper the powder in warm Water and add it to my Espresso every day!! A WIN WIN for me!!

I heard taste buds will change.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
