Hi all!

Pretty sure I'm experiencing a stall at the moment, which is discouraging so early on but it's not going to change what I'm doing! I'm only down less than 5lbs so far for the month of April which kinda stinks not even 3 months post op. I'm hoping one of these days I'll step on the scale and see a big drop. I was banking on 15-20lbs per month for the first 3 but that just isn't in the cards. Sitting at 36lbs down at just over 11 weeks.... Just gotta keep truckin'. <_<

This past month has been super slow on the scale! I am guessing that this is due to hitting the gym regularly and lifting weights. I will trade fat for muscle, I’m ok with that. Anyways here’s my numbers...

HW - 370

SW - 340

CW - 280

GW - Healthy

What’s up all it’s that time of week again. Hope everyone is and had a great week!

SW 369

CW 289

Total loss of 80lbs.

I’ll check back in after a couple weeks. Going on vacation today and I hope to keep the momentum going.

Well done guys and gals!! I'm weighing in at 199 today 😀 chuffed to bits! Phenomenal loss @Marc76! Congratulations @Karen Tucker! Sorry you're stalling @soccerkaty - the scales still heading in the right direction, no matter what hun. Could you be losing inches instead or are you a little hormonal? I retain Water more when it's that time of the month.xxx

@MsTipps Thank you so much for checking on me! I lost 3 lbs this week... so I'm down 39 in 12 weeks. Still on the slower side, but it's progress!

Also getting mighty close to the big 100lbs down since I started this journey 8 months ago. Would love to see that happen soon!

Congrats to all the losers! [emoji2] last month was a bit of a stall, and my appetite seems to be roaring back, but still trying to keep my intake in check with healthier choices.

@MsTipps it’s totally possible this is a hormonal thing. I’ve had some stuff going on in general so I’m not overly concerned so long as this doesn’t last too long.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

So proud of you Cat. Getting into those smaller size clothes is half the fun isn't it?. Keep up the good work!!!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?
