I am sorry I can not answer your question, because I could not care less if a friend does not want to speak to me for losing weight lol it happens I just move right a long, aint life to short haha. Your ride or die friends will stay with you in different journeys, but let me tell you what I have learnt you lose friends through many changes in life, like when I acquired a disability which did not fit in with some of my friends shallowness they disappeared but hey I went on and made some really good friends. And so will you! Some people cant cope with your new confidence, hey your looking super good and you did before I am sure. But I know people who only make friends with people bigger than them as in the friendship the slimmer party feel they have the upper hand say on nights out with guys etc. silly silly. You have alot to offer people who deserve it [emoji4]

Thank you. I’m 35, and my friends are married with kids. So it’s not about boys or clubs , but yeah they may use the busy card excuse to not have me around as much since most of our hang outs were either ordering take out or eating too much Snacks watching movies... it’s okay. I’m not stressing them anymore. Just sucks you know?

@SGirl35 Ha! Well that puts a new spin on things. Now tell me, what woman (especially, what fluffy woman) wants to hang out, just her and her husband with the hot single chick? Hmmm? Inquiring minds and all...

Hahaha! Well! I’m not a flirt, i dress decently conservative and they are also very beautiful women too! So it’s not like they are ugly and I’m the “ hot “ friend.. although I’m the one that looks different.. but they are very pretty too. Plus there is often a house full of people with my friends.. I just don’t have the drama they have. Haha

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
