This is a personal choice. A rough estimate is "around 50 net carbs". If you want to be in ketosis then keep your net carbs under 20 (net is total minus fiber). 50 is still low carb but not usually in ketosis. Up to 100 is still relatively low carb. Over 100 is gonna slow weight loss.

Of course getting more fiber is good.

I'm heading to my nutritionist tomorrow - I'm 13 weeks out I think- I'm looking for the same info from her and will post what I get- I'm looking at protein, carbs, and anything else she can give me.
