HW-314 on 8/7/17 SW-303 8/18/18 CW-296 as of today 8/22/17....I didn't want to get all the scale so early but I had to it kept staring at me lol glad I did though! How often does everyone weigh themselves? Weekly? Every other week? Or even monthly?

I'm trying to restrict myself to weighing once a week.

The fluctuations every day drive me nuts.

I do daily... I like it because it's a smart scale and I can see via the app how each day varies. Granted I have stuck my tongue out at it when it stopped moving one day lol but I got over it.

I do it daily as well. I don't let the number bother me though. It's a control mechanism for me. In the past, not going on the scale has been an indicator that I'm not right and gaining weight. So now I make sure I get on there every day, but I track weekly and monthly to see the trend.
