I had hardly time to eat after gastric bypass surgery last January but its not so easy for me but its so slow and improvement full and half of food..

but I don't want dwell old food so I'm really need change new chapter food after my gastric sleeve surgery last January

after my surgery i have my mind what eat healthier and i do rid fried food but i do eat fruits and vegetables not too much

After my surgery I found that softer foods such as chili and Soups went down much easier than harder foods such as steak and chicken. So I relied primarily on these. I have included some recipes at the end of the following article.

It is amazing how quickly we feel full and how often we need to eat, isn't it?!
