Has anyone ever heard of this? What do you think?

Only on here, I've heard of them. Guess they're pretty good if they're being sold. Pretty pricey for tiny pizzas though. I think I'd make my own (the crust is made of chicken and parmesan cheese).

2 cases (12 pizzas) = $5.99 per pizza ($71.88 total)

  • 3 cases (18 pizzas) = $4.99 per Pizza ($89.82 total)
  • 4 cases (24 pizzas) = $4.50 per Pizza ($108.00 total)
  • Order 5 or more cases = $4.25 per Pizza

I make crust by mixing one egg and 1/4 cup of cheese. I crisp it up in a pan then add toppings as desired. It is a GREAT option!

Google Fat Head Pizza...it will give you a recipe for a low carb, cheese based crust. One of the better substitutes I've found.

I did try a Real Good pizza after reading rave reviews. Although it was pricey it was still cheaper than a typical fast food meal. The crust did not appeal to me, perhaps an individual taste. Ended up discarding the rest. The cheese crusts I see listed here sound much better to me.

I thought they were expensive too. I just had surgery 6 days ago, so I am nowhere near ready for this stage, but I guess I'm just looking ahead lol. I heard Trader Joes has an already made cauliflower crust thats good, maybe that's a better option.

What? They do? I'm gonna get that today! The ones I make are good but quite labor intensive. Thanks!

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
