Just came from the surgeon asked him about my pathology reports & im positive for H-pylori ?? Antibiotics for 3 weeks any others ??

I was h-pylori positive when they did my pre op endo. The antibiotics made me so sick and made my tummy hurt. Good luck. I found nothing helped. Maybe someone else in this group die [emoji120][emoji120][emoji120]

I'm so sorry!! Ask for anti nausea meds on anything that can help!

We get tested for it and if positive surgery is delayed 8 weeks til antibiotics have cleared it and endoscopy is redone.

Thankfully I was clear

My surgeon did not test for it. It seems not all surgeons do they should make these tests more standard it's really crazy.
