I know stalls are normal, I had a pretty long one at 3 weeks, now I've been stalled again for 2 weeks, I will be 2 months post on the 28th. Did you have a stall around this time? How long was yours?

I will be 2 months post on the 27th. I am also in a stall at this point. I am trying to increase my calories some and see if that will help. Would love to hear some advice on this.

I will be 2 months on the 29th...which won't ever come since it is feb, so march 1! I have experienced 2 stalls. 1 at 2 weeks that lasted 2 weeks and one at about 6 weeks that lasted 8-9 days...with a gain! I'm still 32 lbs down since surgery, but I have to remind myself to look at the big picture! I broke my stall this time by sticking to only Protein and drinking a ton of Water. Pretty sure it was TOM related!

Banded 2010 weight:327
Sleeved 12/28/16 weight:253
Currently 220.7 lbs
106 lbs down!!

I stall SO much. I'm in a few weeks stall right now. I seem to be on a stall, lose a few pounds in a few days, and back on another stall for weeks. Definitely not a fun battle! Good luck on your stall and hopefully it'll pass soon :).

I also seem to lose weight only one time a month . I go back and forth with the same 2 pounds all month and then all of a sudden down 5 . The last 2 months I only lost 5 pounds Each month . I don't mind as long as I'm losing I guess

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...
