Hey How is everyone? I am new to the site. I was banded on Sept 7th 2007. My highest weight was 260 (at the beg. of my Liquid diet) and my weight at the day of surgery was 242. I am now weighing in at 228!

Hi,

I am planning to have the lap band surgery in the very end of December. I have to finish up my "pre-reqs" appts, support groups, and psychologist visit first. I am excited, and love the lists of what to have, but still worry that if I don't get past the crazy part of my eating problems, nothing will work for long. Am also going to a support group for compulsive overeating to cover all of my bases!
