I'm not sure I could survive the holidays without snow???? HOWEVER... I could manage without the below zero temps... :) We drove around lastnight looking at all of the Christmas lights and all of the snow on the ground really sets the stage!

Now... do I start packing up the tree today???? Hmmm.... maybe I'll actually wait... heck... maybe I'll leave it up all year. :D

nightingale 2U yuck!!!!! I thought the banana snow cones where bad enough but the choclate is worse!!!

Back to band talk how long have you had yours and what would be good advice for this prebandster to follow?? whats helped you the most ??

Jack I've been to the nutritionist already and I scheduled to see a pshycologist Jan 4. little worried about that visit, never been to one before. What kind of questions should I expect?

Nutritionist gave me a list off foods to eat now. Is there another diet before surgery?

hahaha, I thought the same thing all day long. The last 3 days the weather has been cloudy, cold - really COLD (high in the mid 30's), even some sleet at times. Gets old fast. I told Mike today that the south has me spoiled, cant take all that cold and wet crap!

By the way Betty, it SNOWED here on Christmas eve. Didnt accumilate on anything, but atleast the kids got to see a few flakes fall... they were so excited.
