1st day of head hunger

4 weeks post op today and I am having my first day of wanting to overeat. I just want to graze. I think it is being off for the holiday and it is raining and storming out. I guess it has triggered those days of cooking and eating and being lazy. I am going to get dressed and get out of the house. I will not let this beat me. I just started losing after a long post op stall.

Good luck everyone.

Great job recognizing head hunger, and great attitude and solution for dealing with it! Sent from my SM-G928V using the BariatricPal App

I'd want to eat if I had surgery a month ago and didn't lose weight.

My first weigh in is on Wednesday and if I haven't lost weight I'll be crushed.

When my head wants to eat, I get a glass of water first. It usually takes care of it. Who would have thought water would do that? Things are changing mentally as well as physically.
