I don't recommend Bariatric Advantage berry and the citrus or orange was worse. I take them late at night because they make me so nauseous

Im glad someone touched on this. Taking my pills make me want to vomit everytime. I habe chewable Calcium and chewable Vitamins but is there chewable b Vitamins? If so where can I get?

Believe it or not if you have a costco near you they literally have everything. I was able to get Multivitamins (for women), Calcium d3, Biotin and B12. Not only are they bugger bottles but they're also a lot cheaper than anywhere else.

you don't want chewable B's. One of the B vitamins (I think it might be B1 - although not sure - but it's one of the big ones) tastes *horrible*.

I take one chewable opurity Vitamin and 2 Viactiv Calcium caramel chews per day. I buy the Opurity Vitamins at the gift shop at the hospital where my surgery was done. They are like a citrus/berry flavor but Ivan tolerate them and everything is in one chewable pill.

is Viactiv calcium *citrate*? I'm supposed to take the citrate form. There are chews for that too, but you have to order them online (I use Bariatric Advantage chews, but there are others...)
