newly banded 9/12

my first day home and my back is killing me more then anything... otherwise im feeling ok.. just ok! my dr said he put the band tight so im on Clear liquids for 1 week... i expected to have Protein after 3 days! wish me luck...

btw, i have unflavored powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury protein... i can just mix that with Water and it will be considered clear liquids right?

yes. I found the unjury actually has become tasty with crystal light. The chicken soup flavored with water is also really quite good. Glad you are doing well. Elizabeth

Hi - I was banded Sept 11 and they told me clear liquids only. Today they agreed to clear non-fat broths also - 3TBS. That helped a lot. I'm also having back spasms. Hospital would microwave a small folded towel and place it under my back after it had cooled a bit. - just a nice cozy warm. That was a life saver. Best thing I did today was have my daughter paint my toenails again.
