  • Also if you are feeling hungry, I find that having a portion of protein takes that away. Some battle with reflux that mimics hunger too.

I couldn't have puree until 21 days in. But when I moved to full liquids day 11, greek yogurt really helped. I buy cases at BJs since I eat one almost every day. I use it as a dessert almost 2 hours after dinner.
