9 weeks midline stricture

Has anyone been dealing with a stricture just diagnosed 5 days post dilation and can barely drink a liter of Water no food maybe 20 grams Protein daily. Spent weeks in hospital before just recently finding a midline stricture! Can barely do cream Soups and water gurgles. Have to choose water or food. Just wondering if anybody has had similar problems and how many dilations till they could eat something without being in agony, any causes grief except water. Lost 70# since 9-14-16.
