3 months out [emoji41]

I'm a little over 3 months post op and couldn't be happier with my decision. My total outlook on food has changed for the better. I swear for me the pre op diet was the most difficult part! Here's a progress picture! Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

316 was my highest weight pre op ... 280 day of surgery and I'm currently 208..

Wow, looking at you now it's as if you were never overweight. Great job, and I completely agree with you that pre-op was the hardest part. I absolutely dreaded it lol.
