Feeling pretty horrible today. Im getting down my first premier shake but super weak and still have vertigo. When I stand up I stumble. I have not had narcotics but one time. I drank like 50 ounces yesterday. My sleeve is pretty tight. Im taking Vitamins. Thought I would be better by now.

I/m sorry to hear you're not feeling well. I would have thought the dizziness would be from dehydration, but sounds like you are drinking pretty good. I would keep going with that till you can get 64 a day. I know it's tough! Have you called your doctor about the vertigo?

@@Joy@boman It's still very early and not unusual for you to feel crappy still. Concentrate on fluids - that's most important. Try something with electrolytes (Powerade Zero, G2) and some broth (sodium). Hang in there!!!

I am now a month and a half out and the Vertigo is gone. I had it for about 3 weeks. Not bad, just disconcerting. You should feel 10 times better than you do today by this time next week. Hang in there.

Try taking to Vitamins later in the day when I was prego I felt the same way soon switched to afternoon and night worked better for me and thing out your Protein shake

do you have high blood pressure or take meds for high blood pressure? if so, you may want to call your surgeon or primary doc and discuss reducing dosage - I was shocked at how quickly I needed to reduce the dosage on mine due to extreme dizzy spells.

I was sleeved wednesday 26. And i feel horrible. Im the 2nd day of Clear liquids, and i have so much,cramp in my upper stomach everytime y try to drink Water or Jello....i feel terrible ????

The first few days are tough for sure. The gas pressure in the chest. I dont have high blood pressure or anything but may be hypoglycemic.
