Dr. Last week said I can have food this week and the only thing I really got from her examples of what to eat was eggs tuna or any soft fish ???? I want veggies can I eat a salad I Dont even think I want eggs or fish ...I think I got used to eating Soups now and I might eat soups for another 3 months ????????????????not really but ideas for soft foods other than meats 30 lbs down loosing in the right area because I want my hips and booty stomach and thighs and arms got to go !!

Thank you I think it's not fast enough I be mad on days I only loose 1 pour but I.love days where I loose 3 lbs that makes me happy I ate 2 slices of boars head turkey the lady gave me as a sample and got full now it'd my nap time and off to zumba

Zumba wow 3 weeks out. My dr wants me to just walk walk slowly. Sigh. I'm ready to fet back to the gym w weights and elliptical.

yep we had a good workout my Dr just said no.lifting over 15 lbs ????????????
