  3. Dr. Last week said I can have food this week and the only thing I really got from her examples of what to eat was eggs tuna or any soft fish ???? I want veggies can I eat a salad I Dont even think I want eggs or fish ...I think I got used to eating Soups now and I might eat soups for another 3 months ????????????????not really but ideas for soft foods other than meats 30 lbs down loosing in the right area because I want my hips and booty stomach and thighs and arms got to go !! Amazingly I lost over 20 lbs in 2 weeks the rude comments Dont bother me like ok starve yourself Dont eat when u go out like that's normal long as my scale goes in the right direction I know I made good choices and changes choosing not to eat is not a good choice u need energy from food one Dr I looked up said pretty much those Protein shakes were bad and had chemicals in the they are good to start off but his goal is to get his clients off them and them eating their protein instead Sent from my SM-G935P using the BariatricPal App

First of all I was talking to the man that said I should stay home what I Dont do anyways I was out the house soon as they let me out the hospital and someone was able to pick me up I was just simply asking what can I choose to eat from here simple question ...if you had no answer and wanted to make a smart comment keep it to yourself because I go out a lot I went to the Saturday I went to the movies Friday Sunday to the bar so this will be question I have to ask and I'm not sleeved and different doctors have different diets at 2 weeks mines skips from liquid to straight soft foods some have the puree foods in between my Dr doesn't I know its ok because some do ...simple food of choice or Dont comment simple ✌ Sent from my SM-G935P using the BariatricPal App

Well I ate my Applebee's im just fine I had French onion soup I had French onion soup before and it was nasty today it was good..and the reason I go out with my friends to eat because I watch Sunday football and refuse yo sit in the house and be an old prude I'm young I'm not going to sit in the crib and look at 4 walls lifestyle change doesn't mean go out and not eat ????   9. This isn't Weight Watchers. It's major surgery. The post op diet isn't a suggestion. It's mandatory for your health and well being. Do you know what a leak is? I really wish some of these surgeons would read these forums. The would think twice about who they would operate on. I had surgery on Oct 4th gastric bypass in don't eat much I tried a piece of a chip i been eating kale even though im not on solids yet im hating this liquid crap and need something for nutrition I didn't even like the chip but knowing my mom it was stale lol Sent from my SM-G935P using the BariatricPal App
